You can be holding
everything together
and still need support.
You may be meeting your responsibilities while noticing that you have less patience, energy, or room to recover. Decisions take longer, small demands feel heavier, or you no longer feel fully present in parts of your life.
In therapy, we can look at what is creating that strain, how you have been responding to it, and what might make daily life feel more workable.
You may recognize some of this
You do not need a diagnosis or a perfectly organized explanation. It may be enough to notice that something has changed and that the way you have been managing no longer feels sustainable.
Your mind rarely slows down
You may replay conversations, anticipate what could go wrong, or spend a great deal of time second-guessing decisions. Even when nothing urgent is happening, it can be difficult to relax or remain present because part of your mind is already preparing for the next problem.
Your needs keep moving to the bottom of the list
You may be the person others depend on at home, at work, or in your relationships. Saying no may bring guilt, conflict, or practical consequences, so you continue carrying more than feels manageable. The answer may not be to abandon your responsibilities, but the current arrangement may no longer be working.
Meet Juliana
I’m Juliana Rozolsky, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Rozolsky Therapy.
Before opening my private practice, I spent nearly eight years as a medical social worker at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, including several years in Obstetrics and Gynecology. That work taught me that emotional struggles rarely happen in isolation from relationships, work, health, caregiving, finances, and the responsibilities of daily life.
My background includes women’s and perinatal mental health, but I work with adults across many stages of life. You do not need to be pregnant, postpartum, a parent, or a woman to work with me.
What the Work Involves
herapy is not only a place to describe what has been difficult. We will look closely at what happens when worry, guilt, conflict, or familiar expectations take over—and where a different response may be possible.
Understand what keeps the pattern going
We will pay attention to what tends to happen before you become overwhelmed, shut down, overthink, or automatically take on more—and what keeps the same response returning.
Communicate with greater clarity
Our work may include expressing your needs more directly without feeling responsible for everyone else’s response.
Make changes that fit your life
We may work on setting realistic boundaries and reconsidering expectations in ways that account for your actual relationships, responsibilities, and priorities.
There is no single formula for therapy. We will focus on changes that are useful in your real life—not idealized solutions that ignore its context.
